Barbara Thalheim

German singer-songwriter Barbara Thalheim lives and works in Berlin. In 2013, she commemorated the forty years since her debut on stage. Thalheim performed in the "Berlin chanson ensemble" from 1970 until 1972. She published her debut "single" on "Amiga" around this time. A classical string quartet became her second employer, and she worked with them until 1980. However, prior to that, beginning in 1977, she was travelling internationally and making frequent guest appearances in countries including France, West Germany, the Soviet Union, Bulgaria, Finland, Sweden, and Denmark.
