Oakley Central Cee, real name Neil H T Caesar-Su, is a rapper and songwriter from Shepherd's Bush, London. The singles "Day in the Life" and "Loading" helped him achieve success in 2020. On March 12, 2021, he released his debut mixtape, Wild West, which debuted at number two on the UK Albums Chart. On February 25, 2022, he dropped his second mixtape, 23. It debuted at the top of the UK Albums Chart. No More Leaks, Central Cee's unexpected debut EP, was published on October 14, 2022, and it was promoted by the day before's release of the single "One Up."
