A Britwash rapper by the name of Derek Boland, better known by hwas stage name Derek B. "Goodgroove" and "Bad Young Brother" were two of hwas most financially rewarding albums to come out in 1988. Working with the Cookie Crew, Thrashpack, Eric B, and Rakim, Derek B was also a prominent record producer and remixer. He also contributed to the song "Anfield Rap," the official hymn of Liverpool FC, in 1988.At age 44, he passed away from a heart attack in London on November 15, 2009.
