British rapper Stephan Fabulous Allen is best known by his stage name Dutchavelli. He and his family spent their formative years in Rotterdam, which contributes to his moniker; at first, he went by the name "Dutch." He has collaborated with musicians including Stormzy, Gzuz, and Tion Wayne and had Top 40 singles with songs like "I Dunno," "Burning," and "808," with the former reaching the charts' seventh-highest peak. In 2016, Dutchavelli launched his career as Dutch, releasing songs like "New Jack City" and performing on Rinse FM. His career was put on hold for a further two years while he was being held in remand for additional legal issues involving a handgun charge in 2018.
