Geddy Lee

Geddy Lee is a singer, songwriter, and musician from Canada. He is most recognized for his work with the Canadian rock band Rush as their lead vocalist, bassist, and keyboardist. At the invitation of his boyhood buddy Alex Lifeson, Lee replaced the group's original bassist and frontman Jeff Jones in September 1968. My Favourite Headache, Lee's debut solo album, was released in 2000. After 14 years of eligibility, the group was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2013. They were overwhelmingly nominated in the Hall's first fan vote. On Hit Parader's list of the 100 Greatest Heavy Metal Vocalists of All Time from 2006, Lee came in at number thirteen.
