Canadian actress and singer-songwriter Jann Arden CM. She is well-known for her iconic ballads, including her current No. 1 single, "Insensitive," and "Could I Be Your Girl." Neil MacGonigill, a manager in Calgary, found Arden in 1985. He managed her career from 1985 to 1998 and served as executive producer of her earlier recordings. The two afterwards fell out of contact. Time for Mercy, Arden's critically praised debut album, and the single "I Would Die For You" were both released in 1993. Both were given credit for one of Arden's six 1994 Alberta Recording Industry Awards.
