Australian singer-songwriter-musician-record producer Kevin Richard Parker is best known for his musical project Tame Impala, for which he composes, plays, records, and produces the music. Innerspeaker, Lonerism, Currents (2015), and The Slow Rush are the four albums Parker has released under the Tame Impala moniker. He has been nominated for four Grammy Awards and has won 13 ARIA Music Awards, two APRA Awards, a Brit Award, and two APRA Awards. In addition to his work with Tame Impala, Parker was the drummer for Pond from 2009 to 2011. He worked with musicians like Mark Ronson, Lady Gaga, Kanye West, Gorillaz, Travis Scott, Melody's Echo Chamber, and the Flaming Lips. Parker produced the band's studio albums Beard, Wives, Denim, Hobo Rocket, Man, It Feels Like Space Again, The Weather, and Tasmania.
