Ricky Martin

Ricky Martin, whose stage name is Enrique Martn Morales, is a Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and actor. He is renowned for his musical diversity because his repertoire contains music from a variety of genres, including reggaeton, salsa, Latin pop, mainstream, and dance. He is acknowledged as one of the most influential musicians in the world and is known as the "King of Latin Pop," the "King of Latin Music," and the "Latin Pop God." Martin, a San Juan native, started his acting career in television commercials at age 9 and launched his singing career as a member of the Puerto Rican boy band Menudo at age 12.
