Roger Taylor

R. Meddows Taylor OBE is an English musician who plays multiple instruments, sings and writes songs, and is the drummer for the rock group Queen. Taylor's distinct sound as a drummer was recognized early in his career. In a listener poll conducted by Planet Rock in 2005, listeners ranked Taylor as the seventh greatest drummer in the history of classic rock music. He was a member of Queen when it was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2001.
