The organizer of Taylor Swift's upcoming tour, The Eras Tour, has reacted to criticism that they decided to sell tickets on Ticketmaster.
The announcement follows a chaotic week for many fans during the Taylor Swift tour's Verified Fan pre-sale, during which many fans spent hours upon hours attempting to purchase tickets but ultimately were unsuccessful in doing so.
Even Live Nation Entertainment, the parent company of Ticketmaster, is under investigation by the Department of Justice to see if they have abused their position of authority in the live music business.
